[ There's always gonna be differing view points, people who are more accepting of something than others - the kind of people who can vote for the former Winter Soldier to represent them and their voice wanting to be heard, it could've been because they recognize he's not all the blood he wears between the war and his time being controlled by Hydra or it's because they thought those were the ideals he's secretly aligned with - but he knows there's shock and backlash about the team being referred to as the New Avengers just as much as there's questions about some of the other members. ]
